Section IV (a) - League Structure

Teams will only be able to carry a maximum of 2 quarterbacks on active rosters. A third QB may live in taxi or IR slots. Taxi squad rules apply.

Section VI (a) - Startup Draft

Teams may draft or carry 33 total players until designated "Final Cut Day". Following, teams will carry 26 active (Starters + Bench) players. IR and Taxi rules will apply following Final Cut.

Section X(a) - Taxi Squad

Change: A player on your taxi squad must be in his 3rd year or LESS. This is to allow the development of young players.
